I&V Engineer

As part of the team, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Support in I&V of complex systems or relevant certifications, such as ISTQB.
2. Assist with requirements and verification management.
3. Perform formal testing at component and system levels.
4. Conduct formal testing of software services.
5. Create suitable test cases, documentation, and execute tests.
6. Engage in benchmarking and stress testing.
7. Participate in structured software development and verification processes.
8. Maintain software, monitor performance.

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of ECSS standards.
2. Experience working in operational environments with strict change control.
3. Understanding of configuration control.

Optional skills include:

1. Satellite monitoring and control (SCOS-2000).
2. Mission control functions.
3. Satellite communications (packet TM / TC, PUS, SLE protocol).
4. Ground station monitoring and control.
5. Ground system monitoring applications.
6. Scripting in Linux environments.
7. Operating systems: UNIX / Linux and Windows.
8. Proficiency in scripting languages within UNIX / Linux environments.
9. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
10. Automated testing practices.
11. Requirements and verification management using DOORS.
12. Experience with version control systems like git.
13. Experience with virtualization and containerization tools (Docker) for testing database migration.

Knowledge of the following tools and technologies will be considered advantageous but are not mandatory:

1. Selenium WebDriver, Robot Framework, Spock, QFS-Test, Jenkins, Valgrind.
2. Testing of SQL and NoSQL databases.
3. Tools for testing database migration.
4. Techniques for testing applications deployed in Kubernetes clusters (e.g., accessing logs of Kubernetes pods).
