Requirements Manager (m/w/d)

The Requirements Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered successfully, meeting the customer’s needs and expectations while managing risks and maintaining quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Capture, Analyze, and Document Requirements from the Customer Contract.
2. Prioritize and Assess Feasibility, and Evaluate the Impact on the Project.
3. Support in Clarifying the Requirements with the Project Team.
4. Conduct Requirement Reviews.
5. Create Documentation and Track in the IT Tool.
6. Support Quality Assurance and Risk Management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree and experience in information management, process management, and documentation.
2. Experience in the execution of turnkey and consortium projects, on-site/regional company execution.
3. Knowledge and experience about technical documentation and related IT tools for complex projects.
4. Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as working well in groups.
5. Experience in teams with international setup and/or multicultural and international partners.
