The Requirements Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered successfully, meeting the customer’s needs and expectations while managing risks and maintaining quality.
Responsibilities:
- Capture, Analyze, and Document Requirements from the Customer Contract.
- Prioritize and Assess Feasibility, and Evaluate the Impact on the Project.
- Support in Clarifying the Requirements with the Project Team.
- Conduct Requirement Reviews.
- Create Documentation and Track in the IT Tool.
- Support Quality Assurance and Risk Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree and experience in information management, process management, and documentation.
- Experience in the execution of turnkey and consortium projects, on-site/regional company execution.
- Knowledge and experience about technical documentation and related IT tools for complex projects.
- Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as working well in groups.
- Experience in teams with international setup and/or multicultural and international partners.
