Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

• You accompany and coach agile teams in the implementation of the SAFe framework, promote self-organization and support the achievement of team goals.
• You moderate and coordinate agile events such as daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives as well as PI planning.
• You remove or escalate obstacles that affect team performance and create a cooperative team structure.
• You promote discipline and consistency in the application of the agile operating model and ensure that agile practices are implemented effectively.
• Support collaboration with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and other Scrum Masters to ensure seamless integration with the Agile Release Train (ART).

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach, preferably with in-depth knowledge of the SAFe framework.
• Technical understanding, ideally in the field of hardware or software development.
• Practical experience in facilitating agile meetings and events and supporting agile teams.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills and the ability to lead teams through change.
• Very good written and spoken English.
