Client Management : support service enhancement and market insights.
Corporate Administration : Manage company lifecycle processes including incorporation, compliance, tax filing, and financial transactions.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements; manage invoicing and timekeeping.
Guide junior colleagues, ensure quality of work within your portfolio, and support cross-functional projects.
Utilize tools like Viewpoint, SAP, and SharePoint efficiently.
25 years experience in legal, compliance, or fiduciary services
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Knowledge of Swiss legal and regulatory landscape
