Order Processing & Export Manager
Role: Order Processing & Export Manager, reporting to the Fulfilment team and collaborating with stakeholders from Supply Chain Management, Production, and Warehouse. Responsible for coordinating order and delivery processes with worldwide dealers and ensuring orderly communication and execution of shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organise order and delivery processes with global dealers, including third-country interactons
- Create order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes using the internal ERP system
- Ensure materials are available for shipment at the agreed time and correctly booked in the ERP system
- Assist with handling returns and compensation deliveries
- Collaborate with external logistics providers for planning and execution of shipments
- Prepare required documents for export processing (customs declarations and other customs-relevant documents such as EUR1, COO, ATR, and Carnet ATA)
- Apply for and correspond regarding export licenses with BAFA (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control)
