CSL Seqirus, a global leader in influenza vaccines and public health protection, is seeking a Brand Manager Vaccines to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive the vaccine portfolio. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, and product launches to ensure successful positioning in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs/tactics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for vaccine products within the assigned therapeutic area.
- Collaborate cross-functionally especially with sales and medical to align on brand strategy and execution.
- Design, develop, and implement marketing programs based on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and local positioning.
- Provide strategic insights by assessing market trends and customer needs to optimize product positioning.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical, vaccine, or biotech marketing, preferably in a brand management role.
- Experience with product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.
- 3-5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in pharmaceuticals or vaccines.
- Strong strategic and innovative thinking skills to drive brand growth and market differentiation.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
