pThe Manager, CMO/CDMO Finance Business Partner supports Finance across Contract Manufacturing and Contract Development Manufacturing activities, providing financial planning, performance management, cost accounting, contract analysis, and decision support. Working closely with CMO/CDMO leadership and cross-functional partners across External Supply, Planning, Procurement, TechOps, RD, Accounting and Finance, the role helps translate operational plans and contractual arrangements into clear financial insights and business decisions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management across the CMO/CDMO portfolio, including risks, opportunities and management reporting. /liliPartner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Operations to ensure forecasts reflect production volumes, capacity, inventory, tech transfer timelines, launches and lifecycle assumptions. /liliRead and interpret relevant commercial and manufacturing agreements, translating key contractual terms into financial implications, risks and required actions. /liliMaintain visibility over pricing mechanisms, supplier commitments, milestones, payment terms, claims, settlements, accruals and true-ups. /liliSupport virtual plant and external manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, inventory valuation, PPV, manufacturing variances and COGS impacts. /liliAnalyze external manufacturing cost flows, including inventory ownership, tolling versus buy-sell arrangements, intercompany activity and legal-entity implications. /liliDevelop financial models and business cases supporting supplier selection, sourcing decisions, tech transfers, capacity changes, contract modifications and lifecycle transitions. /liliTrack and validate savings, cost avoidance, cash flow benefits and value realization from CMO/CDMO initiatives. /liliPartner across CMO/CDMO, External Supply Integration, Procurement, TechOps, RD, Planning, Accounting, Legal and Finance to provide an integrated Finance perspective. /liliImprove reporting, analytics, controls and processes, increasing transparency, scalability and reducing dependency on manual or individual knowledge. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline. /liliRelevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, manufacturing finance, supply chain, procurement, cost accounting or related areas. /liliStrong financial analysis, forecasting, modeling and business-case capabilities. /liliExposure to product costing, inventory, manufacturing economics and external supply strongly preferred. /liliAbility to understand and interpret commercial contracts and supplier agreements from a Finance perspective. /liliExperience working across complex, cross-functional and matrix organizations. /liliStrong Excel skills; familiarity with SAP, planning, reporting or analytics tools preferred. /li /ulh3Leadership Behaviors /h3ulliBusiness curiosity: seeks to understand operational, contractual and commercial drivers rather than stopping at the numbers. /liliCollaborative influence: builds trusted relationships across Finance and non-Finance teams and works effectively through a matrix. /liliOwnership and judgment: takes accountability, identifies risks early, and converts complexity into practical actions and decisions. /li /ulh3About CSL Behring /h3pCSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
