Artwork Management & Change Control Manager (100%) (m/f/d)
In this role, you will support the efficient and compliant execution of Artwork Management and related Change Control processes across our network. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external artwork design partners, you will help ensure reliable end-to-end processes, adherence to agreed service levels and alignment with global best practices.
As a key and administrative user of the Global Artwork Management System (GLAMS), you will provide operational system expertise and support effective ways of working across the stakeholder network. As part of an evolving organization, you will also contribute to defining, implementing and continuously improving Artwork Management and Change Control processes.
You will report directly to the Head of Artwork Management and Change Control.
Responsibilities
- Drive the efficient and reliable execution of Artwork Management processes, ensuring effective end-to-end interfaces and collaboration across internal stakeholders and external artwork design partners.
- Act as a key and administrative user of the Global Artwork Management System (GLAMS), supporting effective system use and related processes across the relevant stakeholder network.
- Support the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of Artwork Management and Change Control processes, contributing to lean, efficient and scalable ways of working.
- Collaborate closely with external artwork design partners and internal stakeholders to support timely and compliant execution and adherence to agreed service levels.
- Support and influence stakeholders involved in artwork creation and maintenance to ensure adherence to established processes and global best practices.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of a lean Change Control process, working across functions to enable efficient execution.
- Support artwork development for new product launches and coordinate relevant activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process-efficiency and continuous-improvement initiatives across Artwork Design and related Change Control activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Design, Packaging, Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Artwork Management, Artwork Coordination, Design, Labelling, Supply Chain or a related function.
- Experience with process definition, implementation and/or continuous improvement is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Artwork Management processes and systems; experience with GLAMS or a comparable Artwork Management System is highly desirable.
- Experience working with external design partners, agencies, vendors or other service providers is an advantage.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry is advantageous but not required.
- Green Belt, Lean, Operational Excellence or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Fluent English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners.
- High degree of flexibility, curiosity and self-learning capability, with the ability to quickly build expertise in new systems and processes.
- Comfortable working in an evolving environment, where processes and responsibilities continue to develop.
About this position
- You will join an evolving team and work at the interface of Artwork Management, Change Control, systems and process improvement. The position offers a high degree of cross-functional interaction and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external artwork design partners.
- As the organization and its processes continue to develop, you will have the opportunity to contribute your experience to the definition and improvement of ways of working rather than simply executing established processes. Your ability to learn independently, adapt to changing requirements and build effective relationships across the organization will therefore be important to your success.
