Your Impact

As Senior Manager Change Control & Launch, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of Life Cycle Managers and Change Control professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the successful launch of new products, packaging concepts, and market expansions across global markets.
• Serve as the key point of contact between Manufacturing, Commercial Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Packaging Development, Quality, and global stakeholders.
• Ensure the seamless implementation of packaging, labeling, and technical changes while maintaining reliable patient supply.
• Lead the execution and governance of site-related Change Controls and end-to-end labeling changes.
• Partner with global teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and standardize ways of working across CSL manufacturing sites.
• Support strategic initiatives that increase operational excellence, enhance supply reliability, and deliver business value.
• Represent the site during audits and inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality requirements.
• Drive KPI performance and continuously improve team effectiveness through data-driven decision making.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or highly regulated manufacturing industry.
• Proven leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and motivating teams.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, change control, packaging, manufacturing, quality, or product lifecycle management processes.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
