Your main responsibilities will include the independent execution and documentation of syntheses and analytical tests; process development and production support for existing and new products; qualification and maintenance of laboratory equipment; compliance with technical, organizational and staff safety measures etc. /p h3Key Tasks /h3 ul liIndependent synthesis, characterization and documentation of synthetic compounds (eg. complex iron compounds, ..) in lab and pilot scale /li liPerforming analytical method development /li liFeedback to the laboratory manager in the event of unexpected observations during execution of experiments /li liPerforming qualification of laboratory equipment (execution and documentation) /li liCarrying out work in accordance with cGMP regulations /li liMaintaining laboratory quality systems and records of synthetic protocols and analytical results /li liApprenticeship education /li liFollowing measures to protect health and the environment such as: prescribed in the safety organization INS SI /li liRegular controlling of the status and utilization of staff protective gear support and usage of safety devices and protective equipment /li liInducting of new employees in the laboratory organization /li liOrganizing routine maintenance of laboratory equipment /li liRequesting quotes for routine maintenance and new equipment /li liMaintaining laboratory operations (eg. raw material and consumables, …) /li liSubject matter expert for enquiries from external partners and for on-site inspections /li liCreation and revision of laboratory test procedures /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liCompleted apprenticeship as a lab technician or comparable education with ≥ 3 years professional experience or /li liBachelor’s degree in chemistry or comparable education /li liEnglish and German oral and written /li liProfessional experience in scale-up of chemical processes /li liExcellent computer skills (eg.
