ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCreating and leading a high‑performing cross‑functional team of global functional senior leaders responsible for the delivery of the product portfolio /li liCreating ambitious development plans and options for each of their assets, with the goal of managing the tradeoff between time, risk, cost and value /li liAccountable for the development and commercialization of development product(s) from 6‑12 months prior to SG2 /li liDrive maximum patient value for growth brands contributing to RD value targets through life cycle management including, label expansions, novel technologies and development of combination products, and new indications /li liAsset Manager (or Member of Asset Management Forum - if relevant); responsible for global cross‑TA strategy, oversight and management of product label, identification of resource synergies and allocation of license maintenance support in support of continued and maximized value generation /li liResponsible for creation and execution of product strategy plan (PSP) and execution of development supporting 3‑year rolling global cross‑functional business plan including: Life cycle maximization, regional and emerging market value generation, maintenance of license to operate, patent defense, and real‑world evidence generation /li liAs a member of the GPCL Leadership Network, be jointly accountable for (i) the development of cross‑functional business leadership and high‑performing team creation and capabilities, and (ii) talent management in Global Product Champion Leadership /li liResponsible for communicating to core PST, extended members of the PST, TALT and functional leaders in RD and other functions as to strategic plans, challenges and needs for the products' success /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liRequires extensive knowledge and experience of the drug development process (15+) /li liLeadership of cross‑functional, multi‑cultural teams in a drug development context (product or function) /li liProven track record in managing external relationships /li liProven ability to learn new information rapidly and effectively /li /ul pDifferent qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements.
