Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Employee Experience and Services, you will be a primary contact for HR routine processes across selected European countries. Your responsibilities include processing within HRIS systems like Workday, creating HR documents for Germany and Switzerland, and collaborating with other HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to inquiries regarding HR routine processes in multiple languages, considering legal and operational regulations.
- Escalate complex issues to Centers of Expertise or HR Business Partners.
- Record, process, and document inquiries in the Case Management System (Service Now).
- Enter, review, and finalize Workday processes, ensuring accurate approval of personnel actions.
- Conduct functionality tests in Workday, such as process adjustments.
- Create employee-related documents in German and English (e.g., employment contracts, termination agreements, certificates).
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on discrepancies.
- Maintain electronic and physical employee document files.
- Follow up on document returns and update HR forms as needed.
- Prepare and update presentations in German and English.
- Maintain data in SAP and update HR process descriptions.
- Participate in local and global projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Typically, a completed 3-year commercial apprenticeship, e.g., industrial clerk.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or shared service centers.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Deep system knowledge (SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).
- Specialized training in employment law is preferred.
