We enable careers by connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities, and we support our clients in engaging, retaining, and developing the right talent when needed. /p pOur client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for bEIC Instrumentation Engineer /b, bVisp /b, bSwitzerland /b for ba 1 year contract, with the possibility of extension. /b /p pbMain responsibilities: /b /p ul liDesign and specify instrumentation and field devices for process, utility, and infrastructure systems in accordance with company standards, GMP requirements, and applicable industry standards. /li liSelect and define measurement technologies for parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, level, analytical measurements, and control valves. /li liCreate, maintain, and update instrumentation documentation, including: instrument data sheets, loop diagrams, instrument indexes, calibration and maintenance data. /li liMaintain and manage instrument-related engineering data within COMOS. /li liSupport the integration of field devices into DCS, PLC, SIS, and process control systems. /li liCoordinate and supervise installation activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. /li liPlan, execute, document, and troubleshoot loop checks, functional tests, and commissioning activities. /li liSupport startup and handover activities for new and modified systems. /li liExecute GMP qualification activities using UBIK and Kneat, including support for IQ/OQ documentation and testing. /li liEnsure all engineering activities are performed in accordance with change control, data integrity, and validation requirements. /li liInvestigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions related to instrumentation systems. /li liCollaborate closely with Automation, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Validation, Quality, and Project teams. /li /ul pbRequired Qualifications /b: /p ul libSwiss or EU citizen with right to work for Switzerland /b /li liDegree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline. /li liProven experience in binstrumentation engineering within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or regulated manufacturing environments. /b /li libStrong knowledge of instrumentation design /b, field devices, calibration principles, and process measurements. /li liExperience with bengineering documentation and data management /b in bCOMOS /b. /li liKnowledge of process control systems and field device integration. /li liExperience with commissioning, loop testing, and startup support. /li liFamiliarity with bGMP /benvironments and bGxP /bdocumentation requirements. /li liExperience with qualification tools such asb UBIK and Kneat /bis advantageous. /li liStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. /li libFluency in English and/or German is required. /b /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
