EI&I Construction Lead (German-speaking) Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a German-speaking EI&I Construction Lead for a 12-month contract (with possibility for extension) based in Valais area, Switzerland. This is a full-time on-site role. Coordinate on-site EI&I construction activities for CAPEX projects. Manage electrical, instrumentation, automation contractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, quality, and project requirements. Monitor construction progress, costs, schedules, and installation quality. Verify execution against engineering drawings, specifications, and standards. Coordinate construction interfaces between engineering, commissioning, and operations teams. Support inspections, punch-list resolution, and turnover documentation. Support commissioning preparation, loop checks, functional testing, SAT, and system handover activities. Identify and resolve technical and construction issues to maintain project timelines. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required. Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related discipline. Experience leading EI&I construction activities in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or industrial CAPEX projects. Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation installation practices. Experience working in GMP-regulated environments is advantageous. Ability to interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and construction documentation. Strong contractor and stakeholder management. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Focus on safety, quality, and project execution. Fluent German required; English is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
