They are committed to patients with coagulation disorders, immunological diseases, enzyme deficiency diseases and other rare diseases. /p pFor their Bern office, we are currently recruiting for a: /p h3Senior Manager Learning Solutions /h3 pon a 6-month contract. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a trusted advisor to HR, Talent Partners, and business leaders. Build partnerships to align learning priorities with talent strategy and drive adoption of global learning programs. /li liLead the strategy, design, and implementation of scalable learning solutions. Conduct needs assessments, apply adult learning principles, and create engaging, measurable experiences for global audiences. /li liProgram-manage enterprise-wide learning initiatives, from planning to post-launch evaluation. Improve standards, processes, and technology utilization (e.g., Workday Learning) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. /li liTrack KPIs like learner engagement, adoption rates, and skill attainment to ensure continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Qualifications and experience /h3 ul libRelevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required. /b /li liMinimum a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field. A plus, if you have a Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning Technologies, or related field. /li liAt least 4 years experience in managing complex cross-functional global projects including stakeholder engagement and vendor contracts. /li liAt least 7 years of experience in Learning Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Workforce Capability. /li liStrong interpersonal skills and cultural intelligence to build relationships across diverse business functions and influence stakeholders and decision-makers globally. /li liHands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools, skills assessment technologies, data analytics, and emerging technologies like AI. /li liA plus, SHRM, PHR, SPHR, CPTD, ATD, Prosci®, Insights® or other professional certification. /li liExperience supporting digital transformation and organizational change initiatives would be a great plus. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
