You will collaborate with multifunctional project teams, conduct purification experiments, and contribute to scientific and technical activities with guidance from experienced team members. Your responsibilities include evaluation and reporting of lab experiments, maintaining lab instruments, optimizing methods. Additionally, you will communicate and address problems, perform safety and literature searches, and work with other team members to facilitate DS delivery. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 ul liPlan and perform scientific experiments for the preparation and timely delivery of drug substances (DS) manufacturing processes. /li liCollaborate within a multifunctional project team coordinated by a Project Leader. /li liConduct experiments related to purification processes (e.g., chromatography or filtration). /li liContribute to project-related scientific/technical activities with guidance from experienced team members. /li liMaintain lab instruments and infrastructure, ensuring quality, quantity, and timelines in all assigned projects. /li liDocument scientific experiments and plant activities and optimize existing methods to develop more efficient ones. /li liCommunicate and address problems, perform safety and literature searches, and manage chemicals and solvents within your area of responsibility. /li liCollaborate with other team members to facilitate deliveries of DS. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience: /h3 ul liRelevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required /li liA minimum of 3 years of experience as an associate scientist/associate expert or a completed Bachelor’s degree /li liExperience with downstream development technologies like chromatography or filtration is a plus. /li liExperience in experimental design, execution, and troubleshooting, /li liProven experience in safe handling of chemicals, potentially dangerous materials, and equipment. /li liStrong scientific or technical knowledge in a specific area (e.g. biotechnology). /li liProficiency with laboratory and technical tools, as well as software and computer tools. /li liExperience with downstream development technologies like chromatography or filtration is a plus. /li liBasic presentation skills and scientific/technical writing skills. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
