Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for
a Detailed Scheduler to support the team
. It is a
12-Month
contract starting in January 2026
based in the
Valais area
, Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support detailed planner / site supply planner in the weekly OPS meeting preparation
• Ensure proper maintenance by stakeholders on KPI measurement and update SC related KPI
• Create process order
• Ensure SAP maturity before release (BOM/Production version)
• Ensure proper material demand and BOM preview
• Strong collaboration with operation and logistic
• Fully onsite

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
• 3-5 years experience in Pharma is a must
• GMP knowledge
• Technical affinity
• SC or planning experience
• MS office (excel, PPT)
• SAP planning knowledge
• SC process understanding
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-engaged, Structured and organized
• German fluent
• English professional level
