Qualifications:

• A legally established status as a freelancer in Germany.
• Expertise in Process Analysis: Proven experience in analyzing high-level business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
• CMC Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory affairs and compliance (RA-CMC) within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to facilitate remote collaboration.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Process Visualization: Expertise in visualizing complex business processes clearly and effectively for better understanding and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Identify suitable AI business cases for the company by evaluating high-level business processes within the department.
• Collaborate with global and local managers to gather insights and assess process optimization opportunities.
• Manage and plan all operational activities required for process evaluation and AI business case development.
• Lead the assessment of potential AI business cases in partnership with the company’s IT service provider to determine feasibility.
• Ensure seamless remote collaboration, as all meetings will be conducted online, with no onsite presence required.
