It is a 100% onsite role. /p pThe Infrastructure and Utilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, availability, and lifecycle management of small equipment within the facility, while maintaining compliance with GMP standards and supporting manufacturing and business objectives. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Equipment Management Reliability /h3 ul liEnsure the availability, reliability, and performance of small equipment in accordance with defined quality and operational criteria. /li liOversee preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. /li liMonitor equipment performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and lifecycle management. /li liAct as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for small equipment within CAPEX projects. /li liProvide technical input during design, selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and qualification phases. /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Validation, and Operations teams to ensure proper integration and compliance. /li liEvaluate test results, identify deviations, and troubleshoot equipment-related issues. /li liPerform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). /li liProvide recommendations for process improvements, system upgrades, and optimization initiatives. /li /ul h3GMP Quality Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure full compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. /li liPerform GMP activities strictly according to applicable procedures and documentation requirements. /li liSupport cGMP manufacturing operations in alignment with Engineering responsibilities. /li liAuthor, review, and maintain GMP-relevant documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and technical reports. /li liPrepare and review quality records such as deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and investigations. /li /ul h3Audit Inspection Support /h3 ul liRepresent the department or unit during internal and external audits, inspections, and customer visits. /li liEnsure readiness of documentation and systems for audit purposes and address findings appropriately. /li /ul h3Operational Support Collaboration /h3 ul liSupport the strategic objectives of Operations and contribute to overall business performance. /li liIdentify emerging operational issues and ensure timely and effective communication within the Operations and Engineering departments. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of engineering activities with production and quality goals. /li /ul h3Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance /h3 ul liAct in full accordance with company policies regarding safety, hygiene, environmental protection, and quality standards. /li liProactively identify risks and support initiatives aimed at improving workplace safety and environmental performance. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul libRelevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required /b /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in relevant field /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
