They are undergoing a transformation with respect to culture and outside perception. The organisation focuses on novel therapies in Oncology and Ophthalmology and is also currently developing a world-leading pipeline in Neuroscience and Dermatology with one of the strongest pipelines of Phase II/III studies in the world. /p pFor their Basel office, we are looking for a: /p h3bMarket Access Excellence Director /b /h3 pon a 12-month contract, based in Basel. /p pIn this role, you will lead the strategy, governance, and operational excellence for IVA (Integrated Value Access) data management, analytics, and performance across international markets. This role ensures high data integrity, KPI-driven decision-making, and predictable access outcomes while driving continuous improvement and budget stewardship. /p h3bMain responsibilities: /b /h3 ul liOwn IVA governance, book of work, and decision-support systems. /li liDefine and maintain enterprise access KPI frameworks, data standards, and quality control measures. /li liPartner with IT, analytics, and markets to enable seamless data flows and adoption. /li liLead annual budgeting, spend tracking, and investment trade-offs aligned with strategic priorities. /li liFoster a culture of accountability, learning, and innovation in a matrixed global environment. /li liStrengthen IVA governance and operational excellence across pre-launch, launch, post-launch, and LoE. /li liDrive data-driven decision-making using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics. /li liEnsure one source of access data and robust knowledge management platforms. /li liLead budget management, cost tracking, and business case development. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (HEOR, Pricing, TA Access, Finance) to align priorities and resources. /li liUphold ethics, compliance, and risk management in alignment with company policies. /li /ul h3bYour Profile: /b /h3 ul libRelevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required. /b /li li8+ years in Value Access, Operational Excellence, or Access Operations roles. /li li2+ years of international/regional experience in access or operational excellence. /li liProven track record in building KPI frameworks, governance processes, and dashboards. /li liStrong understanding of access data, systems, and governance models. /li liExperience in budget management and matrixed global environments. /li li7+ years in Value Access with Access Operations experience. /li liMBA, Ph.D., M.D., or RPh (or equivalent). /li li5+ years in international/regional markets. /li liExperience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals is a plus. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
