pOur client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is recruiting for a bEIC PI Engineer for a 12-month contract with extension. /bThis is an onsite role based inb Visp, Switzerland /b. /ph3Main Responsibilities: /h3ulliAdminister and maintain PI Data Archive, interfaces, connectors, and supporting infrastructure /liliConfigure and support PI Asset Framework (AF), templates, hierarchies, attributes, and Event Frames (EF). /liliDevelop and maintain PI Analytics, KPIs, calculations, and data evaluation solutions. /liliDesign, implement, and troubleshoot interfaces between PI and systems such as DeltaV, PLCs, MES, LIMS, and enterprise applications. /liliDevelop integrations and applications using PI SDK, AF SDK, PI Web API, REST APIs, and SQL-based solutions. /liliSupport data sharing and reporting platforms including Power BI and other analytics tools. /liliEnsure system reliability through monitoring, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, upgrades, and patching. /liliCreate and maintain GxP-compliant documentation, support validation activities, and ensure data integrity compliance. /liliCollaborate with Automation, Manufacturing, Engineering, Data Analytics, and IT teams /li /ulh3Qualifications and Experience: /h3ullibRelevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required /b /liliDegree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar. /liliStrong IT background including servers, databases, networking, virtualization, and system integrations. /li /ulh3Hands-on experience with: /h3ulliPI Data Archive /liliPI Asset Framework (AF) /liliEvent Frames (EF) /liliPI Interfaces Connectors /liliPI Analytics /liliPI SDK / AF SDK / PI Web API /liliExperience in GMP-regulated environments, GxP documentation, pharma or biotech manufacturing /liliStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. /liliFluent English and/or German. /liliKnowledge of DeltaV, MES, SCADA, and industrial automation systems. /liliExperience with Power BI, SQL databases, and data analytics platforms. /liliUnderstanding of OT cybersecurity and data governance principles. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
