IT/OT Solution Engineer

Overview We are a leading engineering company based in Northwestern Switzerland with over 30 years of experience and more than 8,000 projects for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, food, beverage, mechanical engineering, energy & environment and transportation & logistics sectors. We develop system landscapes and big‑data solutions that meet future digitalisation and IT security requirements, supporting customers in their IT/OT projects.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement challenging IT projects in industrial OT environments.

Create concepts and implement system landscapes that meet future digitalisation requirements.

Develop big‑data solutions to collect, analyse and process production data for dissemination.

Conduct business analyses, requirements engineering, computer system validation and interface engineering to automation and ERP systems.

Profile

At least an FH degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering or equivalent training.

Good understanding of processes in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical sectors.

Experience with MES systems or similar applications in OT projects, including horizontal and vertical communication in production networks.

Confident handling of MS Office and IT systems.

Very good written and spoken German and good English skills.

Precise, independent and structured working style with a solution‑oriented approach.

Ability to coordinate, work under pressure and in a team.

High level of personal responsibility and a competent, professional appearance.
