Your missions:To provide and support technical assistance related to the computers systems provided by the EP and standard applications (Microsoft, Adobe and others)Create users and manage their rightsTo handle the call centre and generic mailbox of the Helpdesk, through which, assistance and support is provided for the applications of DG Pers and their interfaces (Streamline, People, Erapnot, Streamline-Assmal, EU-Login, Codict, Arpege, Gap)To permanently ensure the continuity of an optimal use, not only of the client supported applications but all other products or systems which are relatedSupport end users on the usage of IT applications under the responsibility of DG Personnel IT unit (Streamline, Erapnot, People, MS Access solutions)To actively and proactively contribute to reduce the amount of incidents related to the computer systems, especially client applications supported by the team, and their impact on the businessTo help the users make the best use of the client supported applications by high standard quality trainingTo provide technical assistance to the end users by improving the use of the programs and computers systems provided by the clientHelp end users with the usage and troubleshooting of standard applicationsHelp end users with the usage of Confluence and SharePointUpdate the knowledge baseUpdate or prepare user documentationParticipate to functional tests and testing applications before delivering new versions to usersTo guarantee high standard of customer satisfactionProvide 2nd level support in identifying and solving incidents and problemsConduct technical evaluation of user´s needsResolve application related issues that affect usersProvide expert support on the specific applicationsEscalate to 3rd line support Your profile:You have minimum 3 years of IT experienceYou have a fluent level in English and French (another European language is a plus)You have previous experience in a similar position and are familiar with Windows/Linux and MS OfficeYou hold a good knowledge of Wiki, collaborative sites, and social networksYou have good IT skillsYou have the ability to support users of Mobile devicesYou are recognized for your excellent communication skills, your customer orientation, and your diplomacy Our offer:Competitive salary package, with or without a company carPersonalized training programs and development plans to nurture your skills5 additional vacation daysRegular team-building events, learning lunches, and fun activitiesExtra-legal benefits (daily allowances, PC plan,...)
