Internship – Transformation Management (CTO Office) (f/m/d)

As part of the CTO Office at CTS EVENTIM, you will work at the intersection of strategy, tech and change. Our Transformation Management Office (TMO) drives six parallel workstreams – and you’ll be right in the middle of it.

Your tasks – what to expect:

• Work closely with the TMO team to coordinate and support multiple transformation streams across the organization

• Take ownership of specific substreams – e.g. communication and change management efforts company-wide

• Join regular collaboration and problem-solving sessions with senior leadership

• Contribute ideas, structure information, and support in driving tangible outcomes
  

Your profile – what you bring:

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, structured working style

• First experience or high interest in transformation, change or program management

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders in a confident and professional manner

• You are fluent in English; German is a plus
