Specialist Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

Responsibilities Invoice verification: Review incoming invoices for completeness, accuracy, plausibility and compliance with accounting requirements.

Digital invoice processing: Capture, code and route invoices electronically as part of our digital invoice workflow.

Approval process: Post approved incoming invoices and monitor and follow up on the invoice approval process.

Vendor master data management: Create, maintain and update vendor master data.

Control activities: Support the review of payment runs and manage and reconcile outstanding items.

Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with the General Ledger Accounting team to coordinate new accounting matters and resolve accounting‑related questions.

Qualifications Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e. g. as a Tax Clerk or a comparable qualification).

Initial professional experience in accounting, ideally with a focus on Accounts Payable.

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central or a comparable ERP system.

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
