What you can expect:
- Gain detailed insight into the day-to-day work of sports ticketing consultancy and get to know our internal business processes
- Help set up and manage individual events and league fixtures in our ticketing system
- Support and advise our sports event organisers on customer management using our CRM system
- Assist with client projects and provide on-site support
- Help promote sports events, for example by ensuring visibility on www.eventim.de, and contribute to cross-functional online marketing projects in sports, including CRM, performance marketing and marketing technologies
- Prepare and analyse reports and key business metrics, and actively support fulfilment processes
What you bring:
- You are studying business, business informatics, sports economics or a related subject
- You have a strong interest in sports, an affinity for IT and good Microsoft Office skills
- You show initiative and have a strong customer focus
- You are a quick learner
- A good command of English is an advantage, but not essential
- You are available to support our team for six months
