We are Cuba Buddy, a Berlin-based travel provider specializing in unique and tailor-made trips to Cuba. Our mission is to create exceptional experiences for our clients, whether for individual travelers or partner travel agencies. As a small and dynamic team, we aim to showcase the very best of Cuba. We are currently preparing for international expansion and are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative who wants to grow with us!
Your tasks
- Actively handling customer inquiries and leads to convert them into sales.
- Selling our amazing Cuba Buddy products by presenting routes, offerings, and especially our exclusive deals in the best way.
- Staying up to date with guidelines and updates in our sales handbook.
- Communicating with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to explain and tailor our travel services and packages.
- Collaborating closely with our product team to always be informed about all our offerings.
- Contributing to marketing efforts, such as newsletters, trade shows, social media, and more.
- Identifying weaknesses in the sales process and proactively suggesting improvements.
- Responding quickly to customer inquiries, aiming to provide solutions within 24 hours.
- Attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent Cuba Buddy and build relationships with potential clients.
- Lead qualification (profiling) and scheduling appointments for new inquiries.
- Planning trips with travel agencies for our B2B sector.
Your profile
- Your experience in leading proactive sales conversations (at least 5 years).
- Whether verbal or written, you convince leads in any situation and on any communication channel.
- You have a proactive, service-oriented work approach and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Skilled use of sales-oriented CRM systems is a key success factor for you.
- Goals are motivating challenges for you. Measurable results are not just standard but a must to showcase your success.
- You are a communication talent and enjoy engaging with your target audience both online and offline.
- Coordination is your strength; you think solution-oriented, possess negotiation skills, and excel in closing deals.
- You have a commercial mindset.
