About us
Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from initial contact with the lead, through qualification and product demo, to closing the deal.
- You are the first point of contact for our qualified inbound leads and build successful relationships with them.
- You identify the needs of a potential customer and advise the company on how its challenges can be solved with cubemos.
- You accurately maintain our CRM hubspot and make data-driven decisions along your sales funnel.
- You (sometimes) go on business trips to gain experience by talking to potential customers on site.
- You are responsible for your realistic ARR target.
Your Profile
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in sales, account management or business development.
- You have full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
- You have already worked with sales methods such as BANT.
- Convincing presentation skills (pitch, demo).
- You have extensive practical experience with an analytical CRM – ideally hubspot.
- German language skills at native speaker level (C2) spoken and written are required for this position.
- Business fluent English skills are desirable.

- Inbounds: Approx. 50% (working inbound funnel!).
- Critical event: Our target group (German SMEs) is under pressure to act due to legal regulations that must be implemented in the future.
- Largely \“green field\“ with our customers (no cut-throat competition!).
You don\’t have to build up your own pipeline (as many inbounds come in), you have a target group in the German SME sector where you don\’t have to build up any pressure to act (as the law stipulates by when a solution must be found) and you don\’t have to displace any solutions that the customer already has.
