Your Responsibilities
- Manage and develop your own portfolio of notable cubemos clients
- Ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction during the transition from Sales to Customer Success
- Continuously ensure effective alignment with internal (Sales/Product/Marketing/Support, etc.) and external stakeholders
- Take responsibility for customer retention, usage, and upselling
- Communicate and support our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Help your customers achieve their desired sustainability goals through the use of cubemos
- Nurture relationships that yield strong references and enable recommendations
- Continuously receive feedback from customers to improve cubemos solutions
- As an ambassador for Cubemos, become a thought leader on current developments in ESG, sustainability, EU regulations, and action plans for companies
Your Profile
- Full German proficiency (C2) is required for this position.
- You have in-depth practical experience (2+ years) as a Customer Success Manager or Consultant.
- You have had experience with ESG regulation, as well as sustainability standards and requirements that companies typically must fulfill.
- You understand the challenges and difficulties, but also opportunities, SMEs are facing regarding the necessary sustainability requirements.
- You are tech-savvy and passionate about delivering digital solutions.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and enjoy initiating practical solutions to complex problems.
- You are ambitious and strive to make an impact.
- You show strong interpersonal and communication skills.
