Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you play a key role in building our cutting-edge SaaS solution, actively shaping the future of sustainability reporting. Collaborating with a cross-functional team of top experts in software development, UI/UX design, and sustainability, you set new standards for sustainability software.

• Build the #1 Sustainability SaaS Solution in Europe : You create an intuitive and powerful web platform that enables Europe’s leading sustainability managers and their companies to efficiently gather, manage, analyze, and report complex ESG data.
• Laser-focused on Solving Customer Problems : You deeply understand customer pain points and evaluate your solutions based on both business value and complexity.
• Take Ownership : You independently develop improvements, features, and complete frontend modules using Vue.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS, while contributing to the overall architecture.
• Shape the Product Together : You work closely with Product and Backend teams on jointly defined priorities, making a decisive impact on the product strategy and roadmap, helping to maintain our market leadership.
• Prioritize Velocity and Scalability : You build solutions designed for scalability and developer performance within your team.
• Share Knowledge and Elevate the Team : You leverage your expertise to support team members and drive continuous improvement in our development processes.

Your Profile

You are driven to make a real impact with your work, thrive in a collaborative environment, and can handle complex challenges independently. You are eager to grow both personally and professionally, and want to be part of a dynamic, ambitious team.

• Senior Frontend Expertise : You bring at least 3 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer, with deep expertise in JavaScript (ES2024), TypeScript, and modern frameworks like Vue 3.
• Advanced Vue.js & Ecosystem Knowledge : You have solid, hands-on experience with Vue.js (Vue 3), Tailwind CSS, and Vite. You are proficient in state management with Pinia and have a deep understanding of relevant patterns such as composables, SRP, and further design patterns. You excel at building scalable, high-performance frontend architectures.
• Proactive and Self-Motivated : You don’t wait for direction—you take initiative, plan your tasks effectively, and can structure your own work to deliver impactful results.
• Strong Team Player and Communicator : You excel in sync-ups and clear communication, both within the frontend team and across backend and product teams. You thrive in a top-down and bottom-up communication culture.
• Product Development Experience : You have a proven track record in fast-paced product development teams , focusing on delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Problem-Solver with Planning Skills : You can navigate and resolve complex challenges, and you have strong planning capabilities to break down tasks effectively.
• Collaborative Contributor : You value team synergy, actively share your knowledge, and help raise the bar for the entire team.
• Bonus: Familiarity with TanStack Query, TanStack Table, FormKit, and VeeValidate is a plus.
