We are looking for a Junior NetSuite Consultant to join a progressive company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exposure to NetSuite and a finance background who is looking to build a long-term career in NetSuite.
You would be working alongside experienced Consultants helping to support NetSuite implementation projects, system improvements, and post go-live optimisation for a wide range of clients.
Responsibilities
- Support NetSuite implementation projects from discovery through to go-live.
- Gather and document business requirements with Finance and operational stakeholders.
- Assist with NetSuite configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Deliver end-user training and provide post go-live support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend system improvements.
- Produce process documentation and user guides.
- Support data migration, reporting, dashboards, and saved searches.
Requirements
- Exposure to NetSuite through a previous role, implementation project, or administration experience.
- Finance background with a good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Understanding of core finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Month-End Close.
- NetSuite Administrator or Super User experience.
- Previous ERP implementation or support experience.
- Experience with Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards, or basic Workflows.
- Exposure to NetSuite Financials, OneWorld, Advanced Financials, or SuiteAnalytics.
What You’ll Receive
- Salary between €50,000 - €65,000 depending on experience.
- Structured training and mentoring from experienced NetSuite Consultants.
- Exposure to full lifecycle NetSuite implementation projects.
- Career progression into a Functional Consultant or Senior Consultant position.
- Hybrid working with flexibility around client travel.
