Senior DevOps Engineer

I am working with a tech startup who are heavily backed by a large global enterprise business. They are a team of 90+ currently including 30 Software Engineers and they are now looking to hire their first Senior DevOps Engineer who will be their subject matter expert.

My client are looking to build a team around the person they hire for this position and there will be an opportunity to eventually be the Lead DevOps Engineer.

What they are looking for:

• Strong experience and knowledge working with Azure -Setting up own tenant from scratch. Knowledge of how to set it up in a way that will make it compliant, secure, private
• Good communication skills – Team spread globally
• Can tackle tasks and topics by yourself and work as part of a team
• Be able to mentor colleagues on how to use Azure
• IaC – They are using Pulumi currently, but you would have a say in the tools used moving forward

Nice to haves:

• GraphQL used for API communication
• Microsoft infrastructure knowledge is helpful
• MLOps – nice to have
• GCP – nice to have

Salary: Flexible depending on experience – Up to €110k for the right person

Location: Offices in Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin, London, Amsterdam – Remote and Hybrid working options
