Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimising supply chain processes? Join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist , where you’ll play a key role in managing the flow of goods, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across the entire value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee the flow of materials along the supply chain.
• Conduct precise market and customer data analysis to support decision-making.
• Create cost analyses and optimise supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
• Act as an interface between production, SAP, and sales.
• Coordinate between various departments, including sales, accounting, development, and production.
• Manage national and international order processing, tracking, and delivery monitoring.
• Maintain master data in SAP ERP and oversee order creation and forecasting.
• Control change management in materials planning and address process delays.
• Conduct supplier evaluation and management, including needs assessment and demand planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a deep understanding of process optimisation.
• Expertise in negotiation strategies and supplier management.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to balance multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP ERP.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
