We seek a Commercial/Sales & Market Partner (potential GM) for the German (potentially DACH) market for a new global B2B experiential group with a mission to elevate the human condition in workplaces.

The fit: Enterprise leadership days, team-building, year‑long L&D initiatives, key account activations, employer branding initiatives, training days, retreats, and company-wide meetings (monthly/quarterly/annually).

Responsibility & Scope:

  • Lead the commercial function across Europe; comfortable in launch‑stage/start‑up contexts.
  • Build regional sales for the German/DACH market for a new B2B experiential group.
  • Develop and execute the commercial and execution strategy across the region (B2B enterprise sales and market/account management).
  • Establish and grow an enterprise leadership and team‑building portfolio that includes consultancy, curation, and event organization.
  • Collaborate with a founder who has 18 years of global brand, marketing, digital, publicity, and community expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Senior sales profile to lead the commercial and execution side across the region.
  • Strong HR/major enterprise/leadership network.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated, people‑oriented, empathetic, comfortable working autonomously and proactively.
  • Experience in consulting, operations/events, HR, or launch contexts highly regarded.
  • International experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with a commission + equity model (not a salaried role).
  • Immediate commission on closed business.
  • Equity with standard vesting and cliff for the right senior partner.
  • Founding‑level scope (VP/CCO/GM track).
  • Experience in well‑being, culture, creativity, or human development domains.

Compensation: Immediate commission + equity with standard vesting and cliff over a standard period.

Requirements: Local citizen/permanent resident, native fluency in German and fluent English required; other languages are a bonus.
