Overview
In this embedded HRBP role at NPROXX, you act as the senior HR leader and strategic partner, shaping people strategy within a high-potential, autonomous business unit. You will lead two HR Generalists across Germany and the Netherlands, bridging Cummins’ HR ecosystem with NPROXX’s operational needs. You’ll own regulatory compliance, Works Council relations, and end-to-end HR delivery, driving improvements and aligning people plans with business goals. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of strategy and execution, offering scope to influence culture, talent, and organizational capability.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Serve as senior HR leader for NPROXX and participate in Leadership Team decisions
- Lead and develop two HR Generalists across Alsdorf (Germany) and Heerlen (Netherlands)
- Ensure local compliance with Germany and Netherlands employment laws
- Own Works Council and union engagement, co-determination, consultations, and negotiations
- Oversee HR operations, assess improvements, and manage day-to-day HR processes (policy, payroll, benefits) in partnership with ADP
- Identify HR initiatives aligned to strategy and lead end-to-end delivery
- Leverage Cummins HR ecosystem (Centers of Excellence, Total Rewards) to tailor solutions for NPROXX
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Significant HR experience with strategic and operational exposure
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field
- Willingness to work onsite in Germany and travel regularly to the Netherlands (~35-minute drive)
- Experience with employment law in Germany and the Netherlands and with Works Council/union engagement
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and deliver practical HR solutions
- Ability to lead and develop a small HR team and manage HR operations across two countries
