Cupffee is expanding its Local Ambassador Program in Germany, Poland, Slovakia, the Netherlands and Spain and is looking for proactive, well-connected people who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships and creating business opportunities.
This is an independent, flexible and performance-based opportunity - not a full-time employment position.
What will you do?
As a Cupffee Local Ambassador, you will actively visit cafés, restaurants, hotels and other hospitality businesses in your local area, introduce the Cupffee concept, present the product and develop genuine relationships with potential customers.
Your focus will be on opening doors, creating new business opportunities and developing your own local customer portfolio.
You will not need to purchase or hold stock, manage deliveries, collect payments or deal with logistics. Cupffee manages production, invoicing, payments, logistics, marketing materials, training and operational support.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are proactive, confident approaching businesses and comfortable building relationships face-to-face.
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, tourism, events, marketing or business development is an advantage, but not a requirement. What matters most is your initiative, communication skills and willingness to actively develop your local market.
