Head of Sales and Distribution for CURAPROX’s Chemical-Cosmetic Oral Care Products (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You take full ownership of the international launch and expansion of our chemical-cosmetic CURAPROX product range.
• You design and implement creative and impactful sales and distribution strategies – across pharmacies, online platforms, retail outlets, and even through TV campaigns.
• You identify and build new distribution channels and bring innovative marketing concepts to life.
• You establish strategic partnerships with distributors, pharmacy chains, and other key players in the health sector.
• You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Product Development, Marketing, and Executive Management.

Your profile

• You bring several years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development – ideally in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or health-related industries.
• You have a strong network in the pharmacy sector and an instinct for trend-setting distribution approaches.
• You are a strong communicator with excellent English skills (C2 level) and ideally also fluent in German and/or French.
• You are entrepreneurial, creative, and unafraid to try new things to achieve your vision.
• You are willing to travel internationally and enjoy working across cultures and markets.
