Overview
As a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager, you support major projects across pharma, industrial data centres, and commercial sectors from procurement to final account. You will work within Currie & Brown's Frankfurt Cost Management team to drive cost control, reporting, and commercial governance. The role offers exposure to high-value programmes and collaboration with clients and industry experts. You will contribute to successful project outcomes and professional growth in a global consultancy with a strong emphasis on inclusion and development.

- Cost management and quantity surveying from procurement through final account
- Cost reporting, forecasting, valuations and change management

Zentrale Anforderungen
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related discipline
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Manager, Cost Consultant or Commercial Manager
- Strong post-contract experience including valuations, change control and final accounts
- Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management principles
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial, manufacturing, commercial buildings or major capital projects
- Chartered status or progression towards chartership is desirable
