Our tank cleaning service is a key part of our day-to-day work. Here, we ensure that tankers and tank containers are professionally cleaned and prepared for their next assignment.

For our Bitterfeld-Wolfen site, we are looking for an experienced Tank Cleaning Manager / Foreman (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for the entire department and, together with their team, ensure safe and smooth operations.

What you bring:

You have solid professional experience in tank cleaning or industrial cleaning.

You have already taken on responsibility or have experience in managing or coordinating staff.

You are familiar with cleaning equipment and operational procedures.

You work independently, reliably and with a focus on safety.

You have strong organisational skills, can keep a clear overview even in challenging situations and are willing to lend a hand when needed.

You are willing to work shifts and occasionally at weekends.

Your contribution to our success:

• You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our tank cleaning operations.
• You will coordinate the team and organise daily workflows.
• You’ll ensure compliance with our quality, safety and environmental standards.
• You will monitor the cleaning plant and ensure it operates reliably.
• You’ll optimise existing processes and work with your team to further develop the department.
