Junior Consultant - Capital Markets Hub

As part of the Capital Markets Hub, you will work in the transaction and investment business of one of the leading international consulting firms in the real estate sector. You will build up a personal track record with real estate transactions throughout Germany and across all asset classes. The role requires early responsibility and a high degree of initiative. Our young team values active cooperation, enthusiasm, and commitment.

These tasks await you:

1. Support transaction consulting (buyside / sellside)
2. Develop transaction data rooms
3. Organize and create marketing materials and pitches with our in-house design agency
4. Perform cash flow modeling and underwriting
5. Prepare portfolio, scenario, and sensitivity analyses
6. Participate in client meetings and viewings
7. Work on a national and international level across all sectors
8. Collaborate with highly experienced real estate consultants for broad learning opportunities

What you should bring:

1. Completed studies in real estate management or economics
2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
3. Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
4. Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and motivation
5. Goal-oriented, independent work ethic, and team ability
