Are you a data-driven digital marketer who loves testing and optimizing performance? Do you enjoy A/B testing, analyzing data, and improving paid ads, SEO, email, and website conversions? If so, we’d love to chat!

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager to work on paid ads, landing pages, email performance, and campaign analytics while contributing to demand generation experiments . This role works closely with the Content Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, and Sales Team to drive lead generation and engagement. If you’re analytical, eager to experiment, and results-driven, this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities

Website Content & Landing Page Execution (Top Priority)

  1. Write and optimize website content, including new pages and updates to existing ones.
  2. Manage WordPress (Elementor) CMS, adding and updating content across multiple languages.
  3. Create and execute paid ad landing pages, ensuring they are conversion-optimized and aligned with ad messaging.
  4. Conduct SEO research to inform content strategy and improve organic performance.
  5. Collaborate on Performance Marketing activities to ensure seamless integration between paid campaigns and website content.

Newsletter & Email Marketing

  1. Own the newsletter strategy, ensuring it supports brand awareness, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
  2. Plan, write, and manage newsletters tailored to different audience segments.
  3. Develop and execute event & promotional emails, including customer communications (e.g., price increases, special offers).
  4. Ensure email content is aligned with marketing and sales goals.

Paid Ad Content & Sales Enablement

  1. Develop ad concepts & copywriting in collaboration with the Performance Marketer.
  2. Align ad copy & landing pages for better conversion rates.
  3. Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, case studies, booth copy, and presentations for sales and partnerships.

We Expect

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or performance optimization.
  2. Basic experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads (with a willingness to learn).
  3. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tracking tools.
  4. Experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot preferred) for campaign tracking & automation.
  5. Hands-on experience with WordPress (Elementor) or similar CMS tools.
  6. Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimizing, and improving performance.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally with Content, Sales, and Performance Marketing teams.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, execution-oriented approach.

If You Have It, It’s a Plus

  1. Experience with heatmapping tools (Hotjar, CrazyEgg) for website behavior analysis.
  2. Basic understanding of SQL, Google Tag Manager, or marketing automation workflows.
  3. Knowledge of B2B SaaS or lead generation marketing strategies.
  4. Additional languages such as German, Italian, or French.
