Customer Integration Engineer (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for the technical coordination of integration projects and rollouts.
• You will be the main point of contact for customers and sales in technical matters.
• You will be responsible for second-level customer support.
• You will coordinate the releases of our cloud software and mobile applications with our customers.
• You will work interdisciplinary with colleagues from Software Development, Product Management, and Sales.

YOUR SKILLS

• You are a team player and have the drive to continuously develop yourself and your team to improve every day.
• You are not afraid of learning new technologies and adapting the project to the state-of-the-art software stack.
• You pursue a solution-oriented way of working and thinking characterized by a high level of comprehension of complex contexts.
• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable subject and/or several years of professional experience in software development.
• You have fluent written and spoken English skills.
