Customer Umbrella is seeking an Outbound Calls Representative to work from home. You will call a list of clients, share information about ongoing and upcoming promotions, and represent the German-speaking arm of our international team.
The role requires fluent German (C1/C2) and good English, comfort with phone calls and computers, a dedicated remote workspace, and a full-time European-time schedule with strong promotion prospects and an internal bonus system.
