TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (M/F/D)

As a Technical Consultant, you are the architect of customized security solutions for our customers. You combine technical know-how with strategic thinking to transform complex challenges into effective and secure solutions.

Your role

• Providing technical advice to our customers: You analyze individual customer needs, assist with requirements analysis, develop solution concepts and architecture proposals and implement these together with the customer as part of a team
• No sales: Although you are close to the customer, you are not a salesperson. With your technical expertise, you make a significant contribution to the success of the project and thus indirectly support your sales colleagues
• Technology as a tool: You use our modern and highly secure solutions to prepare our customer environments not only for today, but also for tomorrow
• Bridge between worlds: You act as a (technical) link and interface between customer projects and our product development department
• Passing on knowledge: Through training courses and workshops, you ensure that our customers can make optimum use of our solutions and thus contribute to a sustainable security culture.

Your profile

You have initial experience in a customer-facing technical role. You also have experience in setting up system landscapes and are able to carry out quality assurance for the overall solution based on this. A (technical) education (e.g. in IT) or a technical degree is an advantage, but is not required. You also have a quick grasp of things.

In addition, some of the following points round off your profile:

• Experience counts: You have experience in IT security consulting, ideally in the areas of network configuration and security, high availability, virtualization and configuration management in heterogeneous infrastructures
• Enthusiasm for technology: You are well-versed in dealing with current security standards and technologies, advanced Linux and possibly Windows knowledge is particularly important
• Structured approach: You have experience in requirements analysis, conceptual design and implementation in system integration projects, preferably with a focus on cryptographic solutions, such as public key infrastructures and email security
• Strong team player: You can communicate complex technical issues clearly and convincingly – in both German and English
• Mobility: You have a willingness to travel for on-site work on our customer projects (approx. 10% of working hours)
