In this role, you will become an important part of finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and contributing to continuous process improvements in a modern Scandinavian work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
- Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany balances;
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities;
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients on accounting matters;
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
- What we are looking for
- Higher education in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting;
- Previous experience in a similar accounting role;
- Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills;
- Positive, proactive, and flexible team player;
- Good command of English;
- Scandinavian language skills would be considered an advantage;
- Ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency;
- Creative problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
