IT Business Analyst

Your mission:

As IT Business Analyst, you drive business process improvements, user journey enhancements, and technology adoption while ensuring industry best practices. If you have a passion for aligning business needs with IT solutions and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

What else will you be doing as IT Business Analyst?

1. Conduct business capability assessments, define user journeys, and translate business needs into functional requirements;
2. Map business process flows and critical data elements to improve efficiency and scalability;
3. Facilitate workshops, product demonstrations, UAT coordination, and stakeholder communication;
4. Support the implementation of new IT solutions, ensuring seamless adoption through training and change management;
5. Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to drive successful solution deployments;
6. Maintain relevant data attributes in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB);
7. Assist in business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance initiatives (e.g., GDPR, Sarbanes-Oxley);
8. Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize IT projects and optimize digital transformation efforts.

How do you contribute to aligned business objectives and IT solutions?

You have 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with expertise in Agile and/or Waterfall IT project management;

Knowledge of CRM, ERP (D365, Salesforce, SAP), and data analytics;

As a person, we can describe you as a true problem solver; you enjoy working hands-on together with different teams and also like to give workshops;

Understanding of facility management and manufacturing processes is preferred;

Fluent in English, good German knowledge is preferred.
