We are looking for a Workday HR IT Specialist – HCM & Compensation (m/f/d)

As a Workday Specialist you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our Workday environment.
What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for preparing and executing our compensation and goal management processes in Workday
You will analyze and validate HR requirements, develop suitable solutions and implement them in Workday
You will advise and train our international colleagues and support them with helpful documents, training and key user support
You create reports, perform mass uploads
You will identify potential for improvement in processes – for example, in system updates or through feedback from stakeholders – and proactively make suggestions for optimization
You will have an active role in maintaining the organizational structure and assigning authorization roles to our users
You will ensure high data quality – for example, through regular exchange with local HR teams
What You Bring:
A degree with a focus on business administration, HR, IT or a comparable qualification
Experience in implementing or evolving Workday HCM and Compensation
A structured, solution-oriented mindset and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
The ability to mediate between different stakeholder groups – with clarity, diplomacy and the necessary assertiveness
Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable solutions is desirable
Project-related willingness to travel
You have advanced English skills
German would be a plus
