- Recruit, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across AI, CCaaS, GSI, and consultants.
- Negotiate partner agreements and lead contract management with legal and finance.
- Develop and execute partner onboarding processes including enablement and training.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years in partner management, business development, or alliances within CX industry.
- Strong background in partner contracts, commercial negotiations, and agreement management.
- Proven success building and scaling partner programs; located in EMEA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cloud communications, contact center, or SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of partner ecosystems involving AI platforms and CX technologies.
- Familiarity with channel management and partner relationship management tools.
