Job description: Major Account Executive (AE) within CyberArk will be responsible for meeting the assigned quota by selling to new and existing accounts in Poland, primarily in Public Administration or Financial sector. The AE will be managing the full sales cycle of all deals in his/her customer set as indirect deals via certified partners in a direct-touch model. That includes business planning and account engagement activities, various pipeline development activities, following up on incoming or self-generated leads around identity security and privileged access management.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperation with specified named accounts, primarily from Public administration or Financial sector, to identify and drive Identity Security and Privileged Account Management (PAM) programs.
- Being a trusted advisor for the customer.
- Creation and execution of an enterprise business plan for named account list.
- Mapping and working with CxO level, Auditors, Security Architects, Cloud Architects, Procurement and Program/Project related personas within their named accounts (across Cyber/Security, Operations, Endpoint, Cloud and DevOps).
- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, advisories and 3rd parties involved in the advising on, and selling of identity security and PAM solutions to enterprise organizations (e.g. other security vendors or attached solutions).
- Regular and consistent pipeline generation which will ensure a healthy 3:1 pipeline to target coverage.
- Generation of leads and nurturing inbound opportunities in the sales funnel.
- Working within a defined and structured sales methodology.
- Negotiating terms/pricing and closing deals.
- Performing regular meetings with Regional Sales Manager to assess the status of all existing accounts and to expedite the rollout and up-sale/cross-sale processes.
- Being a leader to the local partners sales representatives to drive indirect opportunities.
Requirements:
- Circa 7 years of successful enterprise sales experience.
- Experience in Enterprise Sales within Software industry, Information Security or Identity Management solutions.
- Experience in extended sales cycles on large deals, SaaS and Subscription proven track record.
- Experience in working within a defined and structured sales methodology.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security, Identity Management and Cloud.
- Has an Active network of customers and partners contacts across the Enterprise landscape in Poland and the Public administration or Financial sector in particular.
- Strong and proven background in true Enterprise sales and demonstrable track record in successfully closing large and complex projects.
- Skills and knowledge for the role to represent CyberArk and to be able to operate successfully and equally as part of a team.
- Ad hoc travel as required in Poland and nearby countries.
