What will you do: CyberArk is looking for an exceptional Software Integration Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our company build solutions for business requirements. You will also be responsible to:
- Work across multiple customer-facing teams (Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to improve the product's vision and to make global businesses and organizations successful.
- Be a technical solutions expert with an aptitude for technical advising, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Communicate technically complex ideas to a non-technical audience.
- Gather requirements with the business partners, and lead the solution design process jointly with customers, Business Development, and Engineering.
- Accelerate development for roadmap features to address specific customer requirements.
- Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team.
What you need to succeed:
- Background in information systems, computing, engineering or equivalent industry experience preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical background or a good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in the app integration space.
- Strong working knowledge with APIs - RESTful.
- Sound knowledge of Data Structure - JSON.
- Previous coding experience/development background.
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact.
- Strong critical thinking, and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.
- Fast learner who can independently conduct extensive research, and synthesize ideas, information and options quickly.
- Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Ability to work in hybrid mode.
- Working with a global team.
How will you stand out from the crowd:
- Knowledge of SOAP/XML is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of Workato services, familiarity with other cloud providers (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Experience working with cloud business apps like NetSuite / Salesforce / Servicenow / Workato is a plus.
